Conference FAQ's 

  1. Has the presentation time slot for this paper been finalized? I am planning my travel.

Yes, please see schedule/agenda.

  1. I am unable to accept the invitation as a co-author of this paper OR I am unable to add co-authors.

  1. I am having difficulty planning my travel. Can I present virtually?

No. The conference is not set up for remote presentations. Please have a co-author or student present your work if possible.

  1. My paper is accepted but the NEMO system shows as waiting.

If your paper has been accepted and is listed on the agenda, you are welcome to register and attend. Following your registration/attendance, your work will be included in the proceedings.

  1. Do you have any guidance regarding formatting or requirements for the poster/paper/presentation?

  1. Is there a session number for my paper?

No. We do not have any session number at this point.

  1. My abstract was submitted and approved but I did not get any notification of approval after that. Can I attend and present my poster?

The review process included abstract and draft submission for poster and oral presentations. Once the draft was submitted and accepted, it was included in the agenda. If your work is not in the conference agenda, there will not be an opportunity for you to present.
